Bidder Notification Settings
To manage your own notification settings, navigate to the My Info page from the profile icon (
) at the top right of the page, then click the Update Member Information button.
Notification Methods
None - Member will not receive any Up To Bid notifications or bid confirmations
Email - Member will receive Up To Bid notifications and bid confirmations via email
Text* - Member will receive Up To Bid notifications and bid confirmations via text and email (if an email address is associated with the profile)
Text Message Restrictions
Due to stringent regulations around text messaging and significant fines for violations, it is imperative that any bidder requesting text message notifications opt-in themselves. Therefore, it is NOT possible for any rep or admin to complete the opt-in on behalf of someone else.
Opt-Out of Messages
Any bidder can opt out of receiving notifications by logging into the system and following the instructions above to disable notifications.
