MyNATCA - Grievances Overview

The Grievance module in MyNATCA is a central repository for entering grievances and tracking them through the grievance process.

Grievance Permissions

Much like all other aspects of MyNATCA, the ability to view, create, and modify grievances is controlled by permissions. Permissions can be configured for other teams and positions in addition to the basic permissions described below.

  1. Click on "Grievances" from the left menu.

  2. The My Grievances tab is selected by default and displays any current and past grievances you have filed or where you are listed as a grievant.
